I am also a practitioner of vipassana meditation and have a special interest in integrating mindfulness practices and psychotherapy. I am a licensed mental health counselor with the State of Washington (#LH00010936), and a member of the Association for Humanistic Psychology and the Seattle Counselors Association.

I have a Master’s degree in Psychology from Antioch University. My degree program had a strong multicultural emphasis and focused on mental health counseling and psychotherapy for individual adults. I opened my private practice soon after graduating and have experience working with people facing a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, life changes, trauma, and chemical dependency.
